PLEASE NOTE: If you are sending your unit via courier, please ensure your equipment is carefully and properly packed. It should fit well in a box, large enough for extra protective packaging material around the unit. Wrap the unit in bubble wrap or newspaper. We recommend that you insure your package against any possible mishaps.
We recommend to use Royal Mail Special Delivery which costs around £6.50 including £500.00 insurance and next day delivery.
To further complement our service, return courier is free for all domestic digital camcorders within mainland UK. This is applicable whether you accept or refuse our estimate. There is no hidden charge.
For Professional camcorders, we charge £30.00 + vat return carriage.
If you drop the unit to us, then you have to collect it as shipping option is not available.
Please complete and print the Shipping Form and include it with the camcorder. Also include copies of any e-mail exchanges from us.
Please do not send any accessories along with your camcorder (e.g. Batteries, leads, chargers, tape etc.)
Once you have despatched your camcorder, we will email an acknowledgement upon receipt of your unit
