We offer a Free Estimate service. Once we have received your camcorder, we shall inspect it and inform you of the total cost of repair.

To further complement all this, return carriage is free for all domestic digital camcorders within mainland UK. Yes! There is no charge for return carriage (digital models only) even if you do not wish to have your camcorder repaired. There are no hidden charges.

If you drop the unit to us personally, then you have to collect the unit as the shipping option is not available.
