How we Operate

  • We only repair Sony, Panasonic, Canon and JVC digital camcorders.
  • Once we receive your camcorder within 24 hours, it will be booked in our system which automatically generates an email to you confirming receipt and reference number. Somehow, if you do not hear from us then please contact us via email on or telephone on 020 8950 9911.
  • Within a short period of time you will receive an estimate from us via e-mail.
  • Once we receive your approval, we shall carry out the repair which usually takes 2 - 4 working days provided parts are in stock. If for some reason there is any delay, we shall keep you informed. At this stage we shall request settlement details from you.
  • As soon as the repair is completed, we shall collect payment and the unit will be despatched on overnight delivery (via Royal Mail Special Delivery). Once the unit leaves our premises, we shall confirm despatch via email to you.
  • If you refuse our estimate then we shall return your unit at no cost to you if it is a Domestic Camcorder.
  • We charge £30.00 + Vat for return carriage for Professional Camcorders.
  • It should be noted that if you drop the unit to us personally then you have to collect it. In this case the shipping option is not available.
  • This is our normal procedure but in the event of urgent repair we can turn around units in 2 working days via prior arrangement only.
  • Professional camcorders are given our priority.
